GNCGeneral Nutrition Centers was releasing an eCommerce World Wide Ordering System and needed a training guide for its international franchisees and telemarketers. Working with the eCommerce system provider, PolarSoft developed an online tutorial that displayed a working version of the ordering system in one window and the tutorial instructions for placing orders in a second window. This hands-on tutorial was delivered to employees via the company's intranet.
Sales Application
A large corporate customer was moving its sales teams from a paper-based process to an automated one. Computer-based training (CBT) was needed to assist the transition. Since this customer is a Lotus Notes user, PolarSoft authored the CBT in the Notes environment, creating customized navigation and forms. PolarSoft also authored content, flow and hands-on practice exercises.
Credit Application
A large corporate customer was automating its credit approval process and planned to develop a computer-based training (CBT) program for its employees. As Lotus Notes users, this corporate customer was committed to producing CBT programs developed with LearningSpace, the Lotus Notes authoring tool. As Lotus Notes experts, PolarSoft created an intuitive and attractive training program featuring customized libraries, design templates, navigation and forms.
